We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the overall HR function by managing employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment & onboarding, training & development, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, highly organized, and capable of handling a variety of HR tasks to support our team.
This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid position that will manage HR duties for our employees in several Canadian cities including Montreal, Ottawa/Gatineau, Regina, and Victoria.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve employee issues or concerns while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Support in managing employee performance reviews and employee development programs.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
