Manager Financial Planning

Job Description

The Manager, FP&A is responsible for leading the organization's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure effective stewardship of resources and alignment with mission-driven goals.

• Budgeting & Annual Planning (Primary Focus): Lead the development, coordination, and management of the annual organizational budget; facilitate budget workshops; build and maintain budget templates.
• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Develop rolling forecasts; perform scenario modeling; partner with development/fundraising teams.
• Grant & Program Financial Support: Oversee grant budgets; track restricted vs. unrestricted funding.
