Job Description

As a concrete mixer operator at Heidelberg Materials, you will deliver concrete to job sites according to safety guidelines and operational procedures.

• Deliver ready-mix concrete to customers as soon as possible.
• Maintain the vehicle in a safe and clean condition.
• Make minor roadside repairs.
• Visually inspect mixing, sagging, and check load size.
• Work with customers to achieve optimal service.
• Work closely with dispatch to ensure the fastest and safest routes to workplaces.
• Assemble the concrete chutes and operate the chute controls during pouring.
• Adhere to all safety precautions and rules specified by federal, state, and company regulations.
