Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Services Director located in the Bergen County Area. The Food Services Director will manage all aspects of food service operations including overseeing food preparation, ensuring high-quality meal service, and managing staff. Responsibilities also include budgeting, P&L management, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The Director will collaborate with healthcare staff to meet the dietary needs of residents and foster a positive dining experience. We are looking for someone with a passion for food and serving others!

Qualifications

• Skills in Food Service, Food Preparation, and Food & Beverage
• Experience in Budgeting and P&L Management
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members
• Experience in a senior living or healthcare environment is a plus
• Relevant certifications in food safety and management are a plus
