Job Description

The Territory Manager plays a crucial role in delivering commercial and consumer performance within an assigned geographical area. This involves building strong customer relationships with retailers and staff, leveraging commercial insights and digital assets to meet consumer needs, and optimizing performance in a highly regulated market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing territory to deliver volume and market share targets that contribute to achieving national, regional, and district-level objectives
  • Delivering outstanding customer experience by leveraging digital tools and assets
  • Generating and maintaining market demand of multi-category products
  • Collaborating on special projects at provincial and national levels

Essential Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

  • 1-3 years' relevant work experience
  • Previous experience in FMCG or global organization
  • Strong extra-curricular participation record
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong business insights, strategic approach, and account management capabilities
