The main and usual role of the employee occupying this position is to perform technical tasks related to the development, implementation and control of administrative standards and procedures in the areas of continuing education and partnerships, student services, research management, procurement, financial resources or compensation. She performs administrative work in order to ensure the realization of projects or the smooth running of the operations of her unit.

Minimum job requirements:

Education

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) in administrative techniques or any other relevant discipline or hold a diploma or certificate of studies whose equivalence is recognized by the competent authority.

Experience

• Relevant experience desirable

Other job requirements:

• Good knowledge of French (oral and written);

• Interpersonal communication skills;
