We are working with a client located in the heart of Gatineau, who is seeking an Internal Sales Representative - Plumbing to join their growing team! The Internal Sales Representative works directly with clients as well as all sales representatives. They are responsible for responding to clients, creating quotes, and taking orders over the phone, fax or email.

Monday to Friday, daytime hours

Responsibilities

Educate and promote products to clients

Respond to customers, take telephone orders and input orders into the computer system

Build and maintain good business relationships with clients

Prepare quotes and tenders

Maintain and grow your client base

Work with the rest of the team to ensure branch success

Other related duties as required

Qualifications

Communication in French

Strong customer service skills

2 to 5 years of related experience in a related field

Plumbing/Heating DEP or Building mechanics DEC (an asset)

Ability to build long lasting relationships with customers

Good knowledge of HVAC products
