• Greeting clients and visitors
• Support clients with our web applications
• Receive and send out priority mail
• Enter and format various documents (invoices, letters, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Provide support to administrative staff
• Perform additional related administrative duties
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite
• Autonomy and Resourcefulness
• Possess excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in French
• Good communication skills (spoken) in English (an asset)
• Provide a high level of customer service and discretion regarding confidential information about the firm and its clients
• Full-time
• Salary to be discussed in accordance with Assurancia Groupe Tardif’s salary scale
30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
