Summary of the position

As a nursing assistant, reporting to the Director of Health Services, you will be responsible for the well-being of the residents and administer the required care. You will be responsible for detecting any changes in the residents' condition in order to report it and provide appropriate care. You will also be called upon to collaborate with nurses, doctors and other health care professionals.

Requirements

• DEP in health, assistance and nursing care (nursing assistant);

• Holder of the following successful completion attestations:

• cardiopulmonary resuscitation;

• first aid;

• principles of safe patient handling (PDSB).

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;

• Member of the Ordre des infirmiers et infirmières auxiliaires du Québec... (OIIAQ);

• Solid interpersonal skills;

• Solid teamwork and collaboration skills;

• Ability to work independently;

• Organizational skills...
