Auxiliary Nurse Team Leader

A mandate dedicated to a lively and dynamic living environment!

• Participate in the delivery of a set of nursing care, medical treatments and diagnostic measures according to the established work plan and act as team leader;

• Contribute to the assessment of the health status of residents, to the implementation of the nursing therapeutic plan and the interdisciplinary plan;

• Provide care;

• Collaborate directly with each resident and their loved ones, in order to offer personalized care, with the aim of ensuring their safety, improving their quality of life and well-being, while taking into account the available resources;

• Be led to work in close collaboration with the members of the care team and the interdisciplinary team;

• Share his/her skills with those of his/her colleagues in order to ensure the best possible follow-up for our users.

A profile that makes a difference!:

• You hold a vocational diploma (DEP) in Health...
