Summary of functions
Reporting to the Head of Financial Information Management Services, the incumbent is responsible for developing, planning, supporting and monitoring various training programs, particularly financial information systems. More specifically, he/she analyzes needs, develops training content and materials, and participates in the development of the annual training plan. He/she leads training sessions for various groups of employees on various areas of expertise.
