The Sales Associate provides friendly and efficient customer service by greeting customers, assessing their needs and providing advice. They have good knowledge of products and departments, providing information on product features and benefits, including related products to sell complete projects. Within their assigned department, they are responsible for greeting, engaging and thanking every customer and can provide basic assistance in neighbouring departments.
