Receptionist, Customer Service

The primary tasks for our receptionist will be:

  • Greet and serve customers
  • Direct customers to the right people according to their needs
  • Answer the phone
  • Receive general company emails and redirect them
  • Provide after-sales service / customer satisfaction
  • Enter data on the website, such as updating units for sale
  • Maintain the showroom
  • Participate in promotional activities when necessary
  • Any other related tasks requested by management
  • REQUIREMENTS:

    The receptionist is the first person to meet the customer, so it is important for the company to have someone with a neat, sociable, smiling, friendly, patient and caring personality.

    Perfect command of French, spoken and written

    Functional English, spoken and written.

    Job Type:

    Full time

    Compensation:

    $15.75 to $20.00 per hour
