Summary of the position

As an auxiliary nurse, reporting to the Director of Health Services, you will be responsible for the well-being of the residents and administering the necessary care. You will monitor any changes in the residents' condition in order to report them and provide appropriate care. You will also be called upon to collaborate with nurses, doctors and other health professionals.

Requirements

• DEP in health, assistance and nursing care (auxiliary nurse);

• Holder of the following certificates of achievement:

• cardiopulmonary resuscitation;

• general first aid;

• principles of safe patient handling (PDSB).

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;

• Member of the Order of Nurses and Auxiliary Nurses of Quebec... (OIIAQ);

• Strong interpersonal skills;

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;

• Ability to work independently;
