Main responsibilities

• Act as first support for users of our Surfagest software

• Act as a trainer for our new implementations

• Update and track tickets

• Apply problem-solving methods to manage operational issues

• Write and update documentation following the implementation of new procedures

• Create visual concepts, edit videos and layout documents (videos, FAQs...)

• Design, implement and develop software tools to enable users to master the software

What we are looking for

• Perfectly bilingual in French and English

• Very good computer skills

• Experience in a similar position (asset)

• Sense of organization and autonomy

• Efficiency and excellent communication skills
