As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process and ensuring compliance with HR...policies and practices.

• Act as a consultant to managers to support them in achieving expected results on a variety of human resources issues;
advise and assist managers with planning, recruiting, selection, hiring, transfers, and probation periods;
• Oversee resource planning, provide advice to managers on recruitment campaigns, development of job descriptions/person specifications, job evaluations and selection processes, as required;
• Support managers in the preparation of various selection tools (quality statements, interview grids, pre-selection tests) and participate in recruitment when required;
• Ensure the reception and integration of new employees, offering an experience based on best market practices;
• Provide advice and coaching to employees and managers in supporting personal development and performance issues;
• Manage the development and maintenance of HR compliance programs;
• Advise managers in the application of occupational health and safety frameworks and legislation and act as the HR representative on the Health and Safety Committee;
• Support managers during annual performance reviews;
• Perform administrative tasks in support of HR processes and activities.
• A university or college degree in a field related to human resources management, such as business administration or industrial relations;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR department as a generalist;
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite;
• Solid understanding of confidentiality and HR processes;
• Bilingualism in French and English is essential.
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and projects simultaneously within tight deadlines and in a fast-paced work environment;
• CRHA designation is an asset;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Positive and flexible attitude.
