WE ARE LOOKING FOR A GUIDANCE COUNSELOR (CO)

Responsibilities:

• Coordination:

Manage vocational rehabilitation services in connection with referrals from the CNESST, SAAQ, or others.

• Support:

Welcome, guide and support clients in their rehabilitation process.

• Assessment:

Administer and interpret psychometric tests to assess clients' needs.

• Case management:

Ensure that files comply with internal procedures and OCCOQ standards.

• Clinical consultation:

Provide consultations to job integration counselors.

• Collaboration:

Work with job integration counselors to ensure the smooth running of the program...
