We are looking for a clinic nurse to join our existing team of 6 clinic nurses, to provide education about chronic illnesses and care evaluation according to established healthcare programs. The clinic nurse in GMF collaborates closely with the medical and interdisciplinary team:

kinesiology, nutritionist, social worker, respiratory therapist to assist in the diagnosis and to support the patient in changing his/her lifestyle habits and taking charge of his/her health. The position incumbent will receive training to help him/her reach the required level of autonomy to implement the various protocols and group orders.

$44.00 to $45.00 per hour
