The Assistant Team Leader supports the management team with day-to-day operations and the smooth running of the store. In the absence of the management team, the Assistant Team Leader acts as the Department Manager (DM) ensuring that delegated tasks are carried out, opening and closing procedures are followed correctly, and employees are working safely.
