Reporting to the Labour and Occupational Health and Safety Relations Coordinator, the person holding the position of Labour Relations Manager acts as a business partner and supports, advises, guides, trains and develops leaders, managers and directors in personnel management and mobilization of work teams in order to help maintain a positive work environment and a strong sense of belonging. He or she analyzes and recommends interpretations of applicable laws, regulations and collective agreements. Ensures partnership relations with union representatives and acts as a spokesperson for the groups assigned to him or her.
