About the position
Under the supervision of the general manager, the administrative and financial services coordinator manages the administrative services of the organization's two centers, provides financial management, keeps the accounts, and coordinates and plans activities with the housing manager of the Hull Soup Kitchen. In particular, he plays a pivotal role in communications and ensures the monitoring of files, both with staff and with partners and suppliers. The administrative coordinator also contributes to the smooth running of various events of the organization.
