Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain process, ensuring efficient warehouse distribution, and facilitating the movement of goods. This position requires strong data analysis skills and a solid understanding of logistics operations, including 3PL (third-party logistics), freight management, the freight business and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement within the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to procure freight options.
  • Manage carriers and customers.
  • Monitor freight shipments to ensure compliance with delivery schedules and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving logistics processes and reducing costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and warehouse activities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve any logistical issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role within supply chain management.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information effectively.
  • Familiarity with 3PL operations, freight management, logistics, and warehouse distribution processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using TMSs and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week

Additional pay:

Education:

  • Secondary School (required)
