Job Title

Senior Materiel Management

We are looking for a Senior Materiel Management for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English
• Security Clearance: Secret
• Location of Work: Onsite – 72 Laval, Gatineau, Quebec.

Mandatory requirements

• Education: – Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and relevant work experience.
• Experience: 48 months experience in the materiel management field.
• Must provide supporting documentation to clearly demonstrate experience in the following area:
• Minimum mandatory criteria:
• Education:
• Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education; and
• Training and relevant work experience in Canadian Armed Forces DRMIS MM and MDG Modules.
• Must provide supporting documentation to clearly demonstrate experience in the following areas:
• 24 months experience in the materiel management field in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) or Contractor supporting the CAF utilising DRMIS as the System of record.
• Typical duties of materiel management include:
• Coordinating the development of specifications for material identification, equipment or products as per the SAM and TSM.
• Coordinating the monitoring of inventory levels of assets.
• Coordinating requests to replenish current inventories of more complex items.
• Communicating with management regarding Materiel Management issues as they arise.
• Coordinating or managing the distribution of complex materiel assets
• Coordinating or managing the disposal of surplus complex assets,
• Providing materiel management personnel with guidance regarding life cycle strategies, asset disposal, etc.
• CAF Materiel Management Technician experience (Desirable).
