SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash(OTC) Lead

Your role and responsibilities

Lead SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash implementations, ensuring alignment with overall program strategy and timeline.
Serve as primary client point of contact for OTC-related topics, managing expectations and facilitating workshops.
Oversee delivery in accordance with SAP Activate or equivalent methodology, ensuring quality standards.

Solution Design & Configuration

Design and configure SAP S/4HANA OTC processes, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Rebates.
Define functional specifications for interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and reports related to OTC.

Team & Stakeholder Management

Guide and mentor junior consultants and offshore delivery teams, ensuring consistency and quality.
Work collaboratively with technical architects and data migration teams to validate integration touchpoints.

Documentation & Governance

Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and RACI charts.
Contribute to project governance by reporting progress, issues, and risks to the PMO and Steering Committee.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in SAP SD/OCT implementations, including at least two full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC processes and cross-functional integration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
