Raison d’être du poste

Dans un environnement en effervescence, nous avons plusieurs immeubles situés dans le secteur Plateau Aylmer pour lesquels nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Responsable de l’entretien ménager qualifiée pour maintenir l’immeuble propre en tout temps.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé pour garantir le bien-être et la sécurité des résidents.

Tâches et responsabilités

Sous la supervision du Gestionnaire de propriété, le ou la préposé(e) à l’entretien ménager est responsable de l’entretien ménager de l’immeuble. Il ou elle doit s’assurer de maintenir les lieux propres, d’effectuer des travaux d’entretien léger sur l’immeuble et de maintenance extérieure.

Profil

· Expérience en entretien ménager

· Langues parlées français et anglais

· Habileté à travailler en équipe ainsi qu’avec différents départements

· Autonome, minutieux et bien organisé.

Fonctions principales

S’assurer que l’entretien général du bâtiment soit maintenu propre et organisé
S’assurer de maintenir en tout temps les espaces communs propre.
Entretien de la piscine extérieur
Entretien du gym
Entretien du lounge
Entretien de la terrasse et espace BBQ
Entretien des tapis dans les couloirs.
Entretien des vitres du lobby
S’assurer du bon fonctionnement des chutes à déchets et l’entretien de la salle de déchet
Sortir et coordonner les matières résiduelles selon l’horaire établie

· Entretien et nettoyage des garages

· S’assurer de la sécurité des accès, dont, déneiger/épandre du sel au besoin.

Entretien du terrassement, dont, tonte de pelouse

Purpose of the Position

In a dynamic environment, we have several buildings located in the Plateau Aylmer area for which we are looking for a qualified Housekeeping Supervisor to keep the building clean at all times. You will play a key role in ensuring the well-being and safety of the residents.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the housekeeping of the building. They must ensure that the premises are kept clean, perform light maintenance work on the building, and maintain the exterior.

Profile

Experience in housekeeping
Languages spoken: French and English
Ability to work in a team and with different departments
Autonomous, meticulous, and well-organized

Main Functions

Ensure that the general maintenance of the building is kept clean and organized
Ensure that common areas are kept clean at all times
Maintain the outdoor pool
Maintain the gym
Maintain the lounge
Maintain the terrace and BBQ area
Maintain the carpets in the hallways
Clean the lobby windows
Ensure the proper functioning of the garbage chutes and the maintenance of the garbage room
Take out and coordinate waste materials according to the established schedule
Clean and maintain the garages
Ensure the safety of access points, including snow removal and salting as needed
Maintain the landscaping, including lawn mowing
