Une nouvelle sandwicherie et boulangerie artisanale, prochainement établie à Gatineau (secteur Hull), recrute actuellement une chef boulangère ou un chef boulanger afin de constituer son équipe en vue de son ouverture.

Le projet propose une approche moderne et décontractée de la sandwicherie, avec une attention particulière portée au pain, préparé sur place chaque jour. Une sélection de pains sera également produite en quantité limitée pour la vente à emporter, dans une volonté d’offrir à la communauté de Gatineau un produit local de grande qualité.

L’entreprise est à la recherche d’un(e) boulanger(ère) avec expérience, disponible à temps plein.

Profil recherché

The concept offers a modern and relaxed approach to sandwich-making, with particular attention to bread made in-house daily. A limited selection of breads will also be produced for takeaway, with the goal of offering the Gatineau community high-quality local products.

The company is looking for an experienced baker, available full-time.
