Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks
• Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

WHMIS training is an asset for this position.
